The elevator situation was a hassle, as only one was functioning. The TV connectivity was frustrating since I couldn't use my Apple TV because I couldn't access it.

Had a great 6-night stay! The rooftop restaurant was super cozy, and the breakfast options were delicious and well-packaged. Loved that I could open the window for fresh air. The shower is pretty much next to the bed, which felt awkward sometimes, especially for privacy. Otherwise, modern and clean vibes all around!

I absolutely loved the spacious and airy design of my room! The rooftop restaurant not only served delicious food but also boasted breathtaking views of the old town that made every meal special. With a free mini-bar replenished daily and the sauna to unwind after a busy day of exploring, my stay was soaring in comfort and delight!

Great spot for a friends' getaway! We explored the stunning Couven Museum and relaxed at the city gardens, all a stone's throw away. The breakfast was solid, and the staff were super friendly. Just a heads-up, the bathroom setup is open, but it’s not a dealbreaker.

The only downside was that only one elevator was working during our stay, which made getting around a bit frustrating at times.

It was just a prime choice for exploring town in Aachen with decent value for money. The rooms are modern, well designed, and the shower was very nice with plenty of warm water. A tip for those staying here is to check the restaurant timing to avoid noise disturbances at night.

We loved our stay with family, especially being so close to the main tourist attractions like the stunning Aachen Cathedral and the beautiful Elisenbrunnen fountain. The decor was sleek and modern, and the rooms were super comfortable, making it a perfect family getaway experience.

My wife says that the open bathroom concept lacks privacy, which might be uncomfortable for families sharing a room. A more traditional bathroom setup would be great for families with children.
